A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Denver Health and Hospital Authority, for emergency and financial assistance programs pursuant to the Ryan White Grant program.
Amends an intergovernmental agreement with Denver Health & Hospital Authority (DHHA) by adding $1,250,432 for a new total of $2,500,668 and one year for a new end date of 2-29-20 for outpatient ambulatory care, mental health services, substance abuse treatment, and early intervention services to individuals living with HIV/AIDS in the Denver Transitional Grant Area (TGA) (ENVHL - 201951316-01). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 2-3-20. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 12-25-19.
