(D&R) Transfer Facility and the Denver South Transfer Station (DSTS) Facility for the disposal of municipal solid waste (201951474). Gun Club Road, Aurora, Colorado 80018, and the use of the Disposal and Recycling Inc. Transfer Station (“D & R Facility”), located at 6091 Brighton Boulevard, Commerce City, Colorado 80022, and the Denver South Transfer Station, (“DSTS Facility”) located at 2400 W. Union Ave., Englewood, Colorado 80110 and (collectively D & R and DSTS Facilities are referred to as “Transfer Facilities” and Transfer Facilities and D.A.D.S. are collectively referred to as “Facilities”).
