Transfer Station (“D & R Facility”), located at 6091 Brighton Boulevard, Commerce City, Colorado 80022, and the Denver South Transfer Station, (“DSTS Facility”) located at 2400 W. Union Ave., Englewood, Colorado 80110 and (collectively D & R and DSTS Facilities are referred to as “Transfer Facilities” and Transfer Facilities and D.A.D.S. are collectively referred to as “Facilities”).
