A resolution approving a proposed Ninth Amendment between the City and County of Denver and United Airlines, Inc. concerning the use and lease of gates and support space at Denver International Airport.
Amends a use and lease agreement with United Airlines, Inc. to lease additional gates and support space for rates and charges for air passenger services at Denver International Airport. No change to agreement duration (XC 2X000). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 2-10-20. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 1-8-20.
