Type and Scope of services to be performed:

The City and County of Denver extensively uses ESRI’s industry-standard ArcGIS products as the core for all map-based information services, including 911, 311, Denvergov.org, planning and development, property taxation, fire station response time analysis, crime analysis, asset management, and addressing. This Enterprise License Agreement lowers the cost-per-unit for GIS software and substantially reduces administrative and procurement expenses. The City currently has 460 ArcGIS Online users and an additional 400 desktop software licenses that are used by over 30 Agencies to create new data and keep the City’s enterprise GIS data up-to-date.  Furthermore, the agreement provides training to enable GIS users to take full advantage of the City’s investment in GIS

 

The software covered under this agreement also enables critical mapping integrations with the following enterprise applications:

                     Salesforce

                     Pocketgov

                     Accela

                     Workday

                     GenTax

                     Tyler Tax Collection System (CORE)

                     Real Property Application

                     Denver Maps (external facing mapping application)

                     Map It Denver (internal facing mapping application)

                     Crime Records Management System

                     OEM Situational Awareness Tool

                     Denver Open Data Catalog
