Rescinds and re-appropriates $407,600 in the Capital Improvements Fund for Technology Services projects, moving budget from the Innovation Fund to new capital program Agency Technology Projects to better align with the programs’ purposes. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 1-28-20.

Bill 19-1174 made rescissions from the General Fund and included a $3,167,000 re-appropriation to the Innovation Fund (34080-307000-ZI902). This is a follow-up administrative action to move budget for a portion of the projects funded from the Innovation Fund to new capital program Agency Technology Projects (34080-3070000-ZI909) to better align with the programs’ purposes and processes.
