Amends a contract with Energy Outreach Colorado by adding $1,054,000 for a new total of $1,804,000 and one year for a new end date of 12-31-20 for energy efficiency services, weatherization upgrades, and resident education for multi-family residential units and nonprofit facilities, citywide (HRCRS-201947238-01; HRCRS-201952030). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 3-16-20. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 2-12-20.
