Amends a contract with Groundwork Denver by adding $315,000 for a new total of $630,000 and one year for a new end date of 12-31-20 for energy efficiency services, weatherization upgrades, and resident education for residential units, citywide (HRCRS-201946989-01; HRCRS-201952075).
