Amends collective bargaining agreement with Denver Firefighters Local 858 to include the rank of Emergency Medical Technician and allows the Chief of the fire department to assign an Assistant Chief to the duties of Shift Commander as approved by Denver voters in November 2019 (Ballot measure 2C).  For context, the position of Shift Commander currently exists in the Fire CBA. Ballot measure 2C established the authority for the Chief to move an Assistant Chief into the position of Shift Commander and amends the Charter to add Shift Commander as a rank on the Denver Fire Department.
