DEN is required under TSA Regulations and Security Directives to process fingerprint based Criminal History Records Checks (CHRC), Security Threat Assessments (STA) and FBI Rap Back subscription services.  DEN has an active badge population of over 33,000 badge holders who are required to renew and update biographical information annually. This contract is to establish services

with Telos Identity Management Solutions, LLC to process CHRCs, STAs, FBI Rap Back subscriptions as well as applicant biographical information updates to the TSA.  This is in accordance to formatting and timeline standards outlined in Federal Regulatory Security Directive 1542-04-08 series.
