Approves a contract with FB’s Inc. for $1 million and for three years for on-call timber stand improvement services and vegetation treatment for reducing the risk of wildfires in Mountain Parks (PARKS-202053835). Provide following activities: forest logging, ecological and technical services including vegetation treatment for the purpose of reducing the risk of wildfires and meeting silvicultural objectives of Denver Mountain Parks. This may include cutting or thinning standing dead or alive and or downed and dead material laying on the ground. The Contractor shall furnish labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, operating supplies (except those designated as Denver-furnished), and incidentals to perform all work necessary.
