This resolution request is to obtain one (1) new Pierce Velocity Ascendant Ladder Truck Apparatus; one (1) new Pierce Velocity Rescue Apparatus Truck and two (2) Pierce Velocity Pumper Trucks to support Denver Fire Department. To finance this zero-dollar purchase agreement, there is a Capital Lease agreement being submitted simultaneously. The total amount of the four apparatus is not to exceed $3,559,024.92.
