Vendor/Contractor Name (including any “DBA”): Bombardier Inc.

Type and Scope of services to be performed:

DEN has been in discussions with Bombardier since January 2020 regarding vendor supply chain delivery issues for manufacturing and parts for the New APM (300R) Cars due to the COVID-19 pandemic. These issues arose early due to the vendor supply chain issues in China. As the pandemic made its way to the US and its negative effects on the airport passenger numbers and budgets, DEN made the decision to delay the delivery of the first six 300R cars from March 2021 to December 2021. This delay in delivery does not affect the overall schedule or the overall budget. The delay in scheduled car delivery helps Bombardier with the vendor supply chain issues and the revised project schedule allows DEN to adjust the project payment milestones, deferring $7 millions from 2020 to 2021 and $13 million from 2021 to 2022. The contract terms stay the same, time and over all dollars.
