A resolution approving a proposed Second Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Colorado Health Network, Inc., d/b/a Colorado AIDS Project and Howard Dental Center to provide services to individuals living with HIV/AIDS in the Denver Transitional Grant area.
Amends a contract with Colorado Health Network, Inc., doing business as Colorado AIDS Project and Howard Dental Center, by adding $2,554,950 for a new total of $6,518,501 and one year for a new end date of 2-28-21 to provide emergency financial assistance, food bank and home delivered meals, medical case management, medical transportation, mental health services, oral health care and oral health care directives, psychosocial support services, substance abuse outpatient care and housing services, including in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, to individuals living with HIV/AIDS in the Denver Transitional Grant Area (TGA) (ENVHL-202054735). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 8-3-20. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 7-1-20.
