Approves Denver Zoning Code Text Amendment #8 to update the way the code regulates households, consolidate residential care uses into a single system regulated by size rather than by population served, and establish a new congregate living use category that allows for the evolution of residential uses that are not in conventional dwelling units. Also known as the "Group Living Text Amendment." The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 12-22-20.
