A resolution approving a proposed First Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company for provide preconstruction services during the design and bidding phases of the Equestrian Center scope at the National Western Center.
Amends a contract with Whiting Turner by adding $1,956,000 for a new total of $2,443,660 to provide preconstruction services during the design and bidding phases of the Equestrian Center scope at the National Western Center in Council District 9. No change to contract duration (PWADM-201952621). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 10-26-20.
