A resolution approving a proposed Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Birdseed Collective to extend the term.
Amends an agreement with Birdseed Collective by adding eight months for a new end date of 2-28-23 for occupying and providing programming at the former Globeville Recreation Center in Council District 9. No change to agreement amount (201842732; 202054977). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 10-26-20. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 9-22-20.

Birdseed Collective utilizes the building and provides programming for youth, young adults, adults, and active older adults at the former center; programming encompasses arts & culture, team sports, social enrichment, fitness, after-school activities, education, healthy meals and food distribution, MY Denver and MY Denver Prime, outdoor recreation, job assistance, and more.
