Type and Scope of services to be performed:

Aramark Services was contracted to provide janitorial, sanitation and laundry services at the Colorado Convention Center Alternative Care Facility. The facility was established in April of 2020 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic for potential patient overflow. The State of Colorado has agreed to maintain the facility through December 31, 2020 and has indicted the possibility of maintaining the facility through March of 2021. All expenses incurred in connection with this Agreement will be billed to the State of Colorado and result in no net cost for the City.
