Type and Scope of services to be performed:

This agreement was established between the State and the City in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. It authorizes payment from the State to the City for janitorial, sanitation, food preparation and delivery, and other services provided by the City, or third parties on the City’s behalf, at the CCC Alternative Care Facility. After City approval of the mutually agreed first amendment in July, and prior to execution by the State, the State requested that the FEMA provisions described herein be included in a revised First Amendment. This revised first amendment is needed to ensure continuity of services at the Alternative Care Facility should it need to be activated during the term.
