The tasks' scopes of work are defined on an individual basis and may include studies, designs, contract documents, bidding services, construction services administration, testing and reporting, scheduling and cost estimating, surveying, or other airfield engineering services as the need arises. Projects may include, but are not limited to, the rehabilitation of thick concrete and asphalt pavements, airfield electrical and lighting systems rehabilitation, drainage improvements, demolition, earthwork, utility construction, relocation, and rehabilitation, airfield structures, and the development of construction safety and phasing plans, all in accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Advisory Circulars and City & County of Denver standards.
