Type and Scope of services to be performed:

H.C. Peck and Associates, Inc. is one of three right of way consultants selected through an RFP process in 2015.  As consultants, they work with the City project team to ensure they City is following all State and Federal guidelines, including the Uniform Relocation Act.  They provide right of way services for City pedestrian and mobility projects including sidewalk and accessibility improvements, traffic intersection improvements and bond improvement projects. 

 

H.C. Peck also provides in house title company and relocation services.  When project-specific escrow agreements are in place, this allows the City to respond quickly in providing relocation benefits as defined under the Uniform Relocation Act.
