Amends Article II of Chapter 14 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code to repeal sections of the code that explicitly disallow use of personal recognizance bonds in conformance with changes made to Colorado Revised Statutes in 2019. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 10-28-20.
