A resolution approving a proposed Second Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Accela, Inc. to extend the term, increase the maximum contract amount and amend the terms for the Accela Civic Solutions software.
Amends a contract with Accela, Inc. by adding $661,400.70 for a new total of $3,057,790.48 and two years for a new end date of 12-31-22 for the continual use and support of the Accela Civic Solutions software supporting multiple City agencies (TECHS-202056837). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 3-1-21. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 1-26-21.
