Amends a lease with Colorado Legal Services by adding $50 for a new total of $53 and five years for a new end date of 10-31-23 and relocating the tenant from the fourth floor to the first floor of the City and County Building due to upcoming construction projects (FINAN-202056476-01; 201843189-01).
