Type and Scope of services to be performed:

The goal of this project is to deploy infrared cameras for passive pedestrian detection at 17 intersections in pedestrian-heavy areas intersections around Dicks Sporting Goods Park, the Pepsi Center, schools and midblock crossings. Additional intersections include Park Ave & Wewatta St as well as the Speer Blvd-29th Ave-Federal Blvd triangle due to its proximity to North High School, and the HAWK signal at Brighton Blvd and 33rd in the Rhino district. There are 17 intersections in total (see map and location list). Note that locations can be added, removed or changed throughout the entirety of the project based on funding and other constraints.
