Amends a contract with SP Plus Corporation for management services for the public parking facilities at Denver International Airport by modifying the language related to the contractor's vehicle requirements, adding requirements around NextGen equipment, and to change contract pricing related to scope and staffing reductions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
