This is a resolution request to approve the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City and County of Denver (City) and Fraternal Order of Police, Denver Sheriff Lodge 27 (FOP), regarding pay and benefits for the year 2021. The 2020 negotiations between the City and the FOP resulted in an impasse. The impasse arbitration hearing was held on February 24, 2021.
