This proposed text amendment to the Denver Zoning Code will update the Downtown Golden Triangle (D-GT) zone district and make other associated revisions in Articles 8, 10, 11, 12, and 13. The proposed Denver Zoning Code amendment is part of a regulatory package that also includes an amendment to Denver Revised Municipal Code, Chapter 27, Article VI, to establish affordable housing incentives in the D-GT zone district (under separate ordinance request) to implement the recommendations of the Golden Triangle Neighborhood Plan, Blueprint Denver, Housing an Inclusive Denver, and other adopted plans.
