A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed First Amendment to Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Urban Drainage and Flood Control District, d/b/a Mile High Flood District, concerning drainage and flood control improvements for Goldsmith Gulch at Evans Ave. and Monaco Parkway.
Amends an intergovernmental agreement with Urban Drainage and Flood Control District (UDFCD), doing business as Mile High Flood Control District, by adding $500,000 of UDFCD funds and $500,000 of City funds for a new total of $1,500,000 for drainage and flood control improvements for Goldsmith Gulch at Evans Avenue and Monaco Parkway in Council District 4. No change to agreement duration (202159001; 202054995). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 7-19-21. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 6-15-21.

This amendment will commit an additional $500,000 in Mile High Flood District (UDFCD) funds, and $500,000 in Wastewater Enterprise funds for the Goldsmith Gulch Improvement Project to design and construct Drainage and Flood Control Improvements for a total of $1,500,000. The improvements will include drainage and flood control improvements for Goldsmith Gulch at Evans Ave. and Monaco Parkway.
