Type and Scope of services to be performed:

DOTI (Wastewater) and Denver Parks and Rec are collaborating on a pond and park project near Heron Pond/Carpio Sanguinette Park.  DOTI is upgrading the FEMA levee along the South Platte River with this effort, which requires relocating the levee further to the west.  An existing Denver Water main, currently located in vacated South Platte River Drive, needs to be moved to the west/landside of this levee, which is Carpio-Sanguinette Park, requiring a 50-ft non-exclusive easement be granted to the Denver Water Board.
