A resolution approving a proposed Third Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Birdseed Collective for extending the term and deferring rent for the former Globeville Recreation Center.
Amends an agreement with Birdseed Collective by adding five months for a new end date of 10-31-23 and deferring rent for five months for occupying and providing programming at the former Globeville Recreation Center in Council District 9. No change to agreement amount (201842732; 202158788). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 8-2-21. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 6-29-21.
