MTech Mechanical is conducting work on the National Western Center development and has expressed interest in storing supplies, materials and equipment in the Denver Coliseum parking lot through December 2021. No events are planned for the Denver Coliseum until 2022 and the space is unutilized. Because the contractor will occupy the space for an extended period of time, City Council approval is required.
