Type and Scope of services to be performed:

Swissport Cargo Services, L.P. will lease an area in the Mt. Elbert parking lot at Denver International Airport (DEN) for staging Amazon Prime semi-trucks.  The area is 111,252 sq. ft. in size.  Swissport will be responsible for completing minor work to get the space into a condition to be used as a truck staging area. This work includes the following:  1. Place jersey barriers or a similar device to separate their area from the rest of the parking lot; 2. Cut the fence and roll it back to make an entry into their area (a driveway is already paved into the area); 3. Place signs at entry; and 4. Paint striping.
