A resolution approving a proposed Fourth Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Alpine Disposal, Inc. for the sorting and recycling of the materials collected through the Denver Recycles Program.
Amends a contract with Alpine Disposal, Inc. by adding one year for a new end date of 9-1-22 for the sorting and marketing of the city's recyclables.
