This request is for a single award to a staff augmentation consultant to provide support to the Airport Infrastructure Management (AIM) Development division developing business processes and software systems to enhance and integrate them in order to improve Denver International Airport’s (DEN) ability to deliver on-time and on-budget projects, with real-time access to project information and status while minimizing the costs associated with the implementation of the Capital Improvement Program (CIP). The consultant’s employees at DEN will have expertise in one or more of the assigned areas, including business processes enhancement, software design and implementation, systems integration, systems maintenance and organizational change management.
