Type and Scope of services to be performed:

The Design Consultant services for the runways will include, but is not limited to, providing full construction bid contract documents, engineering studies, calculations and analysis, construction administration, reporting, surveying, civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering (MEP), architecture, air operations analysis, airspace obstruction analysis, aircraft operations simulation, aircraft payload and range calculations, pavement design, design memorandums, design basis report (Engineers Report), construction cost estimates, master project scheduling, design support services during construction, construction phasing, well plug and abandonment, land acquisition and coordination or any other professional services or specific specialty disciplines necessary for execution of the project.  These services by the Design Consultant will support the Environmental Consultant in determining the Record of Decision of the 7th Runway and may also provide design elements in evaluating the 8th Runway at DEN.

 

The overall maximum contract liability is $45,987,092.00 for the full term.
