Amends a contract with Wilderness Construction Co. by adding $10 million for a new total of $25 million and two years for a new end date of 6-26-24 for on-call construction services as needed, including deferred maintenance and renovation work, in municipal buildings, citywide (DOTI-202160298-01; 201947341-01).
