This ordinance request seeks to rescind and appropriate $18M in the Climate Protection SRF to make a cash transfer of $18M from the Climate Protection SRF, 11880, to the Climate Protection Capital Projects Fund, 34804, and appropriate the transferred amount in the Climate Protection Capital Project Fund. This appropriation will provide funding for the design, development, and construction of solar photovoltaic generating facilities and electric vehicle chargers owned by the City as part of the Renewable Denver Community Solar initiative. 

This is an administrative action to support contract CASR-202160403-00 which will be coming before City Council in the form of a resolution.

 

This ordinance will appropriate the funding as follows:
