A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Fiscal Year 2022 Amendment to the Second Amended and Restated Operating Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Denver Health and Hospital Authority, providing for the amounts to be paid for services by the City and County of Denver and by the Denver Health and Hospital Authority for Fiscal Year 2022.

Type and Scope of services to be performed:
The ordinance will approve the appendices to the Operating Agreement between the City and Denver Health and Hospital Authority for fiscal year 2022. The contract will reflect new funding levels and other necessary adjustments for 2022. The proposed contract amount is for the City to expend funds of $63,610,200 for DHHA services and the City to receive funds of $3,505,400 for City services provided to DHHA.
