This project will fund the Emergency Solutions Grant-Corona Virus (ESG-CV), Rapid Rehousing and Homelessness Prevention services at The Salvation Army, for individuals and families who are at risk of homelessness or are transitioning out of homelessness. The contract will serve 240 unduplicated households (previously 54).
