Approves the purchase of a van in the to support the Wellness Winnie program, which was originally intended to be included in American Rescue Plan Act allocation Ordinance No. 1192, Series of 2021, but was inadvertently left out. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-20-21. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 11-23-21.

Ordinance No. 1192, Series of 2021, authorized spending allocations in the American Rescue Plan Grant Fund, including Recovery dollars that included an additional van for the Wellness Winnie Program. This ordinance was intended to include a section to authorize the purchase of this vehicle, since it will exceed the $50,000 threshold that requires City Council approval.
