Authorizes the purchase of capital equipment of two video display boards for Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 1-18-22. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 12-14-21.

The 2022 Annual Appropriation Ordinance, Ordinance No. 1284, Series of 2021, authorized the 2022 spending allocation in the Denver Arts and Venues Special Revenue Fund, 15815. This ordinance was intended to authorize the purchase of two video display boards in Section 9, which identifies capital equipment in Special Revenue Funds that requires City Council authorization, per the Denver Revised Municipal Code, since it will exceed the $50,000 threshold.
