A resolution approving a proposed First Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Bedrock, LLC to increase the maximum contract amount to provide On-Call Material Placement Service for Citywide to include playgrounds, medians, landscape beds, etc.
Amends a contract with Bedrock, LLC by adding $300,000 for a new total of $785,000 for on-call material placement services at Denver parks. No change to contract duration (201952094; 202160961).
