Type and Scope of services to be performed:

Great Hall Completion Phase work includes construction on Levels 4, 5 & 6. This work includes, but is not limited to:

                     Expanding the Level 6 ticketing check-in area in North end of Terminal on East side and constructing a new TSA security checkpoint that can accommodate up to 17 security lanes 

                     34 new high capacity security lane equipment purchase

                     Upgrading and modernizing the escalators and adding new elevators

                     Level 6 connection bridge between East and West security and deck extension on the north end of Level 6 to facilitate better passenger flow the A Bridge

                     Completes the modernization of ticketing spaces on Level 6 for all remaining airlines at the South end of the terminal (MOD 3)

                     Refreshes baggage claim and curbside areas on Levels 4 through 6 on both the East and West sides of the terminal

                     Creates a new space for meeting and greeting passengers at both domestic and international arrivals on Level 5

                     Buildout of Level 4 in the Hotel and Transit Center to house the Center of Excellence and Equity in Aviation

                     Upgrading HVAC, lighting, fire alarm systems and all enabling work which includes baggage system modifications to support GH Completion project

                     Refreshing all finishes

This amendment would extend the duration of the contract to December 31, 2028, increase the maximum contract amount by $900 million to $1.265 billion, and provides for milestones related to the Completion Phase work.
