Designation of 555 East 8th Avenue as a structure for preservation per Chapter 30 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code. As recommended by the Denver Landmark Preservation Commission on December 7, 2021, with a vote of 7-0-0. The designation application was submitted by the property owner. See attached map.
This is running concurrent with a rezoning application for the property.
