Request for a Resolution for laying out, opening and establishing certain real property as part of the system of thoroughfares of the municipality; i.e. as 1) E. Evans Ave., and 2) S. Dahlia St. This parcel(s) of land is being dedicated by the City and County of Denver for Public Right-of-Way, as part of the development project, “Evans & Dahlia.”
