Contract Control Number: CASR-202261885

Vendor/Contractor Name (including any “DBA”): Aptim Environmental & Infrastructure, LLC

Type and Scope of services to be performed:

Aptim Environmental & Infrastructure, LLC will act as a third-party climate action rebate administrator to provide funding to incentivize the adoption of highly efficient, all-electric energy equipment, electric modes of transportation, distributed energy resources such as solar photovoltaics and battery storage, and other climate action technologies.

This is an expenditure contract for Aptim Environmental & Infrastructure, LLC (Aptim) to act as a third-party climate action rebate administrator to provide funding to incentivize the adoption of highly efficient, all-electric energy equipment, electric modes of transportation, distributed energy resources such as solar photovoltaics and battery storage, and other climate action technologies. Of the $9,000,000.00 in funding for the rebate program, Aptim will be eligible to receive a fee of up to 8% of all rebates issued as compensation its services.

Without these rebates, residents and businesses will be hesitant to adopt climate action technologies and contractors may not be as aware of the technologies. The rebates will ensure a more rapid market adoption, leading to greater emissions reductions sooner. The technologies included and the levels of incentives offered by Aptim will be set in partnership with CASR based on market research and will be updated regularly as market conditions change to advance rapid and equitable decarbonization in Denver.
