A resolution approving a proposed Second Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Keesen Landscape Management, Inc. to add funds for median maintenance services at additional sites citywide.
Amends a contract with Keesen Landscape Management, Inc. to add $33,226.13 for a new contract total of $1,775,806.13 for median maintenance services at additional sites citywide. Type and Scope of services to be performed:
The contract with Keesen Landscape Management is for “Traditional Maintenance” services, including but not limited to mowing and grounds maintenance; weed control; fertilizations; emergent weed control; sweeping/raking; and trash pick-up. Services will include ongoing maintenance of ultra-urban green infrastructure facilities within the right-of-way necessary for the effective management of storm water runoff.
