Type and Scope of services to be performed: This contract establishes the terms of agreement between AP Mountain States and Denver Parks & Recreation (DPR) for the use DPR property at Shoemaker Plaza by AP Mountain States, LLC. AP Mountain States is building an addition onto the privately-owned Riverpoint Building, adjacent to Shoemaker Plaza, and needs space on DPR property to ensure a high level of pedestrian safety. 

This contract encompasses a total 28-month period, once AP Mountain States begins construction work. Phases are as follows:

 

1st phase - Demolition (Month 1): covered walkway on DPR property (1 month)

2nd phase - Construction (Month 2-12): construction fencing on park property (11 months)

3rd phase - Construction (Month 13-28): scaffolding extending into plaza (16 months)
