Type and Scope of services to be performed: This resolution request is a zero-dollar purchase agreement for twenty-one (21) automatic side loader (ASL) bodies to support DOTI’s Solid Waste Division. These bodies will be assembled onto twenty-one (21) Dennis Eagle cab and chassis. To finance this and seven other zero-dollar purchase agreements, there is a capital lease agreement being submitted simultaneously. The total cost of all equipment under this zero-dollar purchase agreement with Amrep will be $2,901,108.00.
