Type and Scope of services to be performed: This resolution request is a zero-dollar purchase agreement for four (4) Durapack 25-yard high compact rear loaders bodies to support DOTI’s Solid Waste Division. These bodies will be assembled onto four (4) Dennis Eagle cab and chassis. To finance this and seven other zero-dollar purchase agreements, there is a capital lease agreement being submitted simultaneously. The total cost of all equipment under this zero-dollar purchase agreement with Koi Brothers will be $518,633.16.
